The Escapists 3 is Team17's coming-soon Steam app 3602260, a 3D prison-escape sandbox.
Team17 Digital Ltd is the developer and publisher named on the Steam legal line. Steam genres are Indie, Simulation, and Strategy. The short description calls it a new 3D prison sandbox where you craft, sneak, fight, and still have to make roll call.
Can you play it today?
No. Steam says the release date is To be announced and the game is not yet available.

The announced escape, in one pass
The store describes jobs, cash, loot, crafting, digging, sneaking, climbing, fighting, disguises, five prisons, and co-op.
The store also says getting past the perimeter can lead into forests, canyons, catacombs, and dangerous waters. It does not name the five prisons or the items.
